1. General Use
Velvet House Co. is a shared creative studio intended for photography, content creation, and small creative sessions.
All bookings must align with the intended use of the space. Velvet House Co. reserves the right to refuse or terminate any session that does not comply with these guidelines.

2. Capacity
Standard sessions are limited to a maximum of 6 individuals, including photographers and guests.
Larger groups, events, or styled shoots must be approved in advance.

3. Minors
All minors must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

4. Prohibited Content and Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
Nude or sexually explicit content
Smoking or vaping inside the studio
Any activity that may cause damage to the space or furnishings
Any use that creates strong or lingering odors

5. Food and Beverages
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the studio unless prior approval is given.
Food and beverages are not allowed on sets, furniture, or fabric installations.

6. Cleanliness and Damages
Clients are responsible for leaving the space in the same condition in which it was found.
Any damage, staining, excessive mess, or misuse of the space may result in additional cleaning, repair, or replacement fees.
Clients are responsible for returning furniture, props, and décor to their original placement at the end of the session.
A valid payment method must remain on file and may be charged for:
-overtime
-studio reset fees
-excessive cleaning
-damages
-policy violations

7. Restricted Materials
The following are not permitted without prior approval:
Oils or body oils
Self-tanning products
Paint, fake blood, or staining substances
Glitter, confetti, or similar materials

8. Time and Scheduling
Your booking time includes setup and breakdown.
Clients must arrive and vacate the space within their scheduled time.
Overtime, if available, will be billed in 15-minute increments at a rate of $15 per increment.

9. Rescheduling and Cancellations
Bookings may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

10. Supervision
Velvet House Co. reserves the right to have a team member present during any session.

11. Security
Security cameras may be in operation in common areas for safety and liability purposes.

12. Content and Marketing
Velvet House Co. reserves the right to photograph the space and capture behind-the-scenes content for marketing and promotional use.

13. Assumption of Risk & Personal Property
Clients and guests enter and use the studio at their own risk.
Velvet House Co. is not responsible for injury, accidents, lost items, stolen items, or damage to personal belongings brought into the space.
Clients are responsible for supervising children and guests throughout the duration of the session.
